I hired Jerusalem Duct Cleaning to perform a duct cleaning service to my home in December 2016 using buytopia offer. They did an extremely bad job. They did not cover any of my vents when they put compressed air into them, the debris and dust covered all over my home. When they left my house was covered with a think layer of dust. I was not provided with any before and after photos.

My furnace broke down 3 weeks ago when the weather was still cold. I needed a new furnance immediately as I have kids at home. Also I decided to replace the old furnace and AC together as they were both over 25 years old. I got two estimates; one from an Authorized Carrier dealer that they do the yearly maintenance of my furnace & ;AC, the other one is from Cozy World. I called Cozy World as they have the best reviews on HomeStars. The Carrier dealer viewed me as just another customer.On the other hand, Boris came to my house and examined the old furnace and AC. He inspired confidenced in me by his knowleadge. I wasn’t wrong. The next day as he promised, the Cozy Wold guys were out to do the install. I was very happy with the quality of work and the clean up that Cozy World did.They didn’t leave any mess in the basement. They did a professional job from start to finish

Our parquet floor and stairs were about 30 years old and had that orange tint to it and appeared damaged . Matt did a beautiful job sanding it and repairing the damaged spots. I now love the parquet!Excellent work. Everything was done as promised.
