Our washing machine died late one night. My wife found JSN through homestars. She called and had an appointment booked a day later. Sam came put on booties and got to work. Within 20 minutes he figured out the issue and said that the part had to be ordered. He was able to get the part earlier than expected. We were given some choices and great advice. What an awesome customer service experience. Two days after the return visit she received a follow up call asking how everything is working out. We are both so pleased

Final product was really nice. Installation crew was great. Lots of miscommunication, misunderstandings and challenging customer service moments. Read all of the fine print before you sign the contract. We were advised that the excavation crew would arrive on one day and they didn't but came on another. We were never advised as to the other dates when the crew would show up. They just did. There was damage done during excavation and being that this was the first time we contracted services out we were expecting some type of apology or resolution. Nothing... A nice walkway but we learned lots of lessons along the way
