This is the third and fourth room that I've had renovated by Perfect Home Renovations. The first two renovations went very well. I was happy with the results and these two renos are no different. I remodelled two rooms: new floors (subfloor), trim, paint etc. Wayne handled my renovation and he was great! He checked in regularly, made accurate materials lists with me and always made himself available when I had questions or something came up. When we ripped up the floor and found that some extra work needed to be done he made sure a competent trade was called in to do the unexpected worked. Dan handled most of the labour on the job and he was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, polite and worked hard to do everything to as high a standard as possible. He even got along well with my dog who was wandering around the construction site most of the time. The rooms look amazing and I am very happy with the work. I have more renovations planned for the future and I will be calling Perfect Renovations to do the work.

These guys were great. The price was significantly less than other quotes (about $300-400). Plus, they were the only place I called that actually showed up to calculate the quote. Everyone else just ball parked it and told me how great they were and how I shouldn't bother with other, less expensive installers. Farid gave me a bunch of free upgrades as well. They added some details like glass shelves and matching towel bar and handle that I didn't ask when I got the quote but glad I added them on. The installation went smoothly and because I was going out of town for the holidays was in a rush to get the job done. They started the work on a Sunday and came back to finish all the work on my tight schedule. The shower stall looks great. It really complements the modern tile work and finish of the rest of the bathroom. These guys will definitely be doing my next bathroom reno.

I needed some plumbing work done right away for a rental property I own. The new tenant was moving in and the toilet needed replacing ASAP. I called Ideal Plumbing at 11pm on a Sunday and they answered. The next morning they dispatched George. He showed up right on time and an hour later I had a new toilet. The toilet was old and rusted onto the bolts on the floor but it didn't phase George for a second. He was very courteous, and helpful and we even discussed him doing some more work on my house at a later date. Overall it was a great experience. If I had shopped around I might have found someone to do the work for cheaper but I don't regret it as the speed at which they came and did the work made up for the price.
