Cleaning of Office/Blinds/Carpet
When first contacted by this company, we decided to use them as they were used in the rest of our building and said they had a proven track record. I have not seen the performance that was discussed in our meetings. During the initial cleaning, a computer monitor was damaged, many of the windows were left dirty, and a computer was left covered in dirt. The work completed was sloppy. After having a discussion with the contact I had at the company, they came to assess the issue. They claimed the monitor was not their fault and that it must have been our regular staff who does nightly garbage removal. They ended up taking half of the cost of the monitor and adding it as a credit to our invoice. They also let me know that someone would be back within the next couple days to clean the items that were left dirty. 2 weeks later and I had to follow up with them. They scheduled someone to come in, but they did not show up. I am still in the process of getting everything cleaned properly. My rating is based on the customer service and overall service I received. I would recommend using a different company.

- Work on following up with customers and making sure the job is done right. If there is an issue on the job site where something is broken, take responsibility instead of fighting with the customer.
