I have just had Quality Potlight install soffit lighting, interior potlights, and a light fixture in my livingroom. This is the second time I've had them do work for me. Just like last time, I found them to once again be extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were once again very customer-oriented throughout the planning process, providing advise on things I might want to consider, but also advising against some things I had asked for but didn't really need. Dana was very accommodating (and patient...Thank you Dana) as I made my final decisions about what was to be done. On the day of the appointment, it was extremely foggy, and I was concerned they may not be able to come and my appointment might be delayed. However, the entire crew showed up on time, ready to go. After a quick walk around with Ali, to make sure we were both on the same page, they set to work. It was a full day job, but they completed everything as requested, and left zero mess (just like last time). Last task of the day was for Ali to do a walk-around with me and to show me how everything worked (including the initial setup of apps on my phone to control my new toys...er, I mean, lights). I love the Philips Hue lights installed in the front. I now have lots of options as holidays come around. No muss, no fuss. I just go to my app, and choose from the millions of colour options for each bulb. Thank you Quality Potlight, and particularly Dana, Ali, and the crew, for another great job. I know I made the right decision, again. I definitely recommend Quality Potlight for anyone looking for a lighting contractor. You will not be disappointed.

Discovered the other day that my flow through humidifier was not getting water. I'm not brave enough to start messing around with anything electric, so I did the safe thing and called HomeStars (as always). Got a call this morning from Air Makers. I described the issue as best I could, and asked them to see if they could arrange something asap. Got a callback shortly thereafter advising that Brentt would be in the area today. We set a time. During the agreed upon window, Brentt reached out to advise exactly when he'd be here. He came on time, set about immediately to diagnose the issue, and then provided me with the available options to resolve the problem. Within 15 minutes he was finished, water was flowing once again to the humidifier. Everything was put back together, site was cleaned up, and he was off. Thanks Brentt, thanks Air Makers, and thanks HomeStars. Great experience all round.

For years, I struggled trying to figure out how to make my lawn look great. I would spent money on products that would supposedly do wonderful things, but always ended up with the same problems such as dandelions, weeds, burns from too much fertilizer, etc. One day I decided to calculate how much I had spent to attain the less than stellar results I was getting. A notification call was received the night before to remind me. As the spring and summer weeks passed, the results were definitely starting to show. While those around me had yellow lawns (dandelions were flourishing), my lawn was green and healthy looking. As additional treatment dates came, the lawn continued to look great. It is so rewarding to be able to see the difference between my lawn and others on the street who choose other options. I am extremely pleased with Hometurf and would definitely recommend their services if you want to have a nice lawn year round. Leave it to the professionals.

I had no idea what I would be in for, trying to find someone to deliver on the vision I had for my home, within my budget, and in the time frame I needed. If you've read any other reviews, you'll have read about Moe. Believe what you're reading. He was prompt to respond, very knowledgeable, transparent about things that could create a problem or be unnecessarily costly, and provided alternative options for things I wanted to do. I was concerned that some of the questions I had were silly or unimportant, but never once was the answer anything but detailed, clear, and what I needed to know. I made the decision to move forward with the project, was provided a date (much sooner than I expected) and then I waited. Could this experience be as good as it seemed? Yes it could. Enter Mike (Manager) and the rest of the crew. They arrived at the promised time and Mike and I did a walk-around to make sure we were both on the same page with regard to each part of the job. Once confirmed, they set to work. What a great team. They were totally professional, tidy, courteous and they worked together like a well-oiled machine. I was in my home office working much of the time (thank you Corona Virus) but whenever I took a break and went to see how things were going, I could see the continual progress that was being made. It was very impressive. When the job was done, Mike did another walk-around with me. He or the crew member explained to me how my new components worked. Mike then explained the guarantee, I paid the bill, the crew finished packing up their tools, and they were gone. I walked around again, and was delighted to see that, just as other reviews have stated, there was zero mess left for me to clean up. When darkness finally came, I got to see the true result of their outside labor. It was awesome, just like the lights and components they had done inside. Thank you Quality Potlight. You truly do live up to your name!

My A/C unit (very old) failed at the end of July 2013, so I initiated the search for a replacement. The weather had turned a bit cooler so I was able to take my time. I decided to look into pricing for A/C and furnace, as my furnace was also very old, and I was sure it was only a matter of time until my hand would be forced. I initiated my search, from both independent installers and full service suppliers. I decided to make in-home appointments with one independent as well as one other full service provider, which occurred prior to my appointment with Reliance Home Comfort. My advisor, Darius Chichgur arrived on time for the appointment, and walked me through all the options available, pricing, rebates, brands of equipment, etc. All was explained in detail and my questions were answered clearly and honestly. At no point in the process did I feel pressured about anything. This was very much appreciated. At the end of the appointment, I was comfortable that the right decision was to go with Reliance, based on the information provided, the equipment offered, as well as the price. An installation appointment was arranged that fit MY schedule, also with no pressure. On the day of installation, Mark and his crew from Sauga Heating and Air showed up right on time. They put down floor protection through the house where they needed to walk back and forth. They went about their business, and completed the installation within the time frame indicated by Darius. No nasty surprises. The job was done to my complete satisfaction. At the end, Mark walked me through exactly what they had done, and explained how it all worked, what I needed to do and what would be taken care of by Reliance. It was clear that they took great pride in their workmanship. I was extremely satisfied with the Home Comfort Advisor, Darius, the pricing of the equipment and programs offered by Reliance, as well as the installation completed by Mark and his crew from Sauga Heating and Air. I would definitely recommend any or all of the above to my friends and family. Thank you Reliance, Darius, Mark and crew for a very positive experience. Now bring on summer again.
