We recently had RenoWOW update both our kitchen and bathroom. The scope of this project was somewhat unusual as we did not want a complete kitchen renovation, we were hoping to have as little disruption as possible and had an unusual bulkhead that needed to be replaced, leaving the existing cabinets in place. As well we needed a partial renovation of our main bathroom. When I heard from someone that Sam had completed their full kitchen renovation in 4 weeks, I was very interested. Sam was patient working with us prior to signing a contract so we could determine what needed to be done and how it could be accomplished. Sam directed us to suppliers to choose from their product line. He then purchased everything on our behalf. True to his word it took 2 weeks, start to finish to replace the countertops, the bulkhead, kitchen sink and faucet and the hinges on about 60 cabinet doors as well and remove the old vanity, large mirror, toilet, and replace with a prefab cabinet, new toilet and mirror and new linen cupboard doors to match the vanity we chose. Adam did much of the work and was a pleasure to have work in our house. Both he and Sam communicated very well and Adam made sure that the house was clean before he left each day. As with every job some things did not go exactly as we imagined but Sam made sure that whatever needed to be changed was changed to meet our expectations. Sam came by to check on work in progress and at the end of the two weeks all work was completed as promised. Sam made sure he came back to fix the last few things but we were able to use both the kitchen and bathroom at the end of the 2 weeks! Thank you Sam and Adam for completing this project as promised in the time frame promised.

Darrell is knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. He explains what he thinks is the problem and what he intends to do. He has done other pest control jobs for us and we have been very pleased each time.

I have been dealing with Air Treatment for over 30 years for both heating and air conditioning. They replaced my old air conditioning system (UniPac) in September and as always were great to deal with, knowledgeable, professional, helpful. They also replaced our old thermostat discussing what would best suit our needs. I have no hesitation recommending Air Treatment for all your home heating and air conditioning needs.

We recently had 3 windows replaced by EcoChoice and are extremely pleased. The quote from Ilan was very competitive and the installer Alex who managed our installation was excellent. Alex is very precise and the windows are all working well, both the casement and awning windows. The project was completed within their estimated time frame without any glitches. I highly recommend this company.

A raccoon ripped a screen and got into my home at 4:30AM. I called 9 different '24 hour' services, none of whom answered the phone. First call-back offered service in the afternoon. Contacted Pesticon, they emailed back immediately confirming arrival between 9:30 and 10 AM. They arrived on time, took the history of what happened, entered the house which clearly indicated that an animal, likely a raccoon was inside as kitchen cupboards were opened and food spread on main floor. I was instructed to wait outside. They found the raccoon, managed to get it to leave within less than half hour completely humanely, checked for other animals and raccoon droppings, advised me to keep my windows closed and locked and how to disinfect the areas that the raccoon had been in. They advised me not to trap as it is expensive and the raccoon may not return. 12 days later they were correct. They provided excellent service and I would highly recommend them.

Mark from Coverall was terrific from our first meeting right through to when the job was completed. He patiently answered all questions, always arrived on time, was an excellent communicator, etc. Coverall was able to book our job fairly quickly so the work was completed while the weather was still good. The job was started and finished on time, as promised and there were no hidden or extra charges. The job site was left clean each day. Best of all Mark did not try to sell us work that wasn't needed, letting us know that our soffits and fascia were in good condition saved us $1000s. I would recommend Coverall without hesitation.

Just as Darryl promised, the crew, Sean and Ali showed up precisely at 8 AM, we showed them around, gave them our contact number and we left for the day. Got a call at 3:15PM letting us know they would be done around 4 PM and we could inspect the job. It was well done, very few minor touch-ups that they did on the spot, the house was incredibly clean and I would have no hesitation recommending this company and great crew as they met our expectations - 1 day and done!

Ikeaman is a terrific company. The person that came to my house, John is amazing. I can honestly say that sometimes you spend money and think twice about it - never will I think twice about what it cost to have my furniture assembled and installed by IkeaMan. John is precise, neat, unbelievably organized, asked all the right questions, worked well with me and my family to ensure that all the work was done to our satisfaction. I could not believe that one person could assemble and install all the pieces we had in one day, and the result is beautiful. Working on his own for almost 10 hours he assembled 2 queen size beds, one with 4 storage drawers, 3 night tables, an 8-drawer dresser, a bookcase, a media unit that is partially hung on the wall and floor to ceiling storage 60 inches wide with shelves and drawers. John thought through everything before he opened the boxes noticing problems in our design. This allowed us to return unused pieces without any problem as all were in the original wrapping. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Following the terrible flooding in Toronto in July 2013 my insurance company informed me it would take at least 6 days for their contractor to begin work on my basement that was under 4 to 5 inches of water. When asked, the insurance company was pleased to give me the go-ahead to find my own restoration company. Based on an excellent rating in HomeStars I called Limzak. They returned my call promptly, came out the same day to check out my basement and asked me to send them photos so they could determine how to proceed. Early the next morning the owner Zack and a fantastic crew arrived bright and early to begin packing up 25 years worth of stuff from my now flooded, fully furnished, fully finished basement. The crew worked fast, was SO polite and responsive to each of my requests. Unbelievably within the next 3 days they had packed up my basement, removed all the damaged furniture and belongings, removed the water, the wet carpets, and were well on the way with removing drywall, paneling, the sub-floor etc. Most importantly Limzak removed the wet contents and walls etc. BEFORE mold could invade my home! I had a dry basement, disinfected and sprayed to prevent mold growth while others in a similar position were still waiting to hear back from their insurance. Zack was here each day checking and directing as needed and was always responsive to phone calls and emails. He is knowledgeable and ready to answer questions. I cannot comment on the cost as Limzak is dealing directly with my insurance company. Limzak literally bailed me out, provided fast, efficient service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in a similar situation. They turned what could have been a nightmare into a manageable albeit huge project.
