Extremely polite, took the time to make me understand each and every part of the process.. True to their word, their installers showed up right on time, as expected. The guys were great, very friendly, courteous and cleaned everything up after themselves once they were done. We're very happy with the results and will definitely use them again in the future.

I had just completed my Energy audit and one of the recommendation was to increase the attic insulation. Came across Great Northern referral through another site- Redflag Deals. I had received a few quotes for the job but was not happy with the level of expertise. First impression - All they wanted to do was Sell…. Sell….. Contacted Peter Brenner the sales consultant from GNI came over and went over the entire process. He explained to me the importance of increasing the venting channels, air sealing the exhaust fans. A true professional, took the time to make me understand each and every part of the process.. The price was very competitive compared to Direct Energy, Enwise & Insta - Insulation. Peter mentioned that there was a 5 week lead time which was understandable. Two days before the actual date I got a call from Ingo Sparringa who was the Branch Manager. He scheduled the time with me and before he hung up, gave me some advice. He said it would be better in the long run if I would spray foam the skylight instead of batt insulation. I have doing my research with regard to furnaces and A/c's. Received quotes from numerous companies i.e. Enbridge, Enwise, AirOne but decided to go with Pinnacle Home Solution. John Pavlus the Sales rep came over and went over quite of important items i.e. venting issues, Exisiting line sets media filters etc which was not explained but others. It was important because we were expecting our first child and need to make sure the home was comfortable. The showroom was exceptional. Able to see all the products first hand. The price compared to the rest of the quotes was by far better - Cheaper and good value for product. The installer Shawn-What an exceptional guy. He knew his stuff and explained to me what he was doing in a nutshell. Professional - Efficient. I would recommend Pinnacle Home Solutions- Advise / Recommendation was great. Installation is important and cant ask for a better person than Shawn. Thanks
