Ten years ago I had my roof done by Chouinard Bros. In January of 2013 while installing pot lights in my kitchen area I noticed a leak in my attic. I called Chouinard Bros and talked to Linda regarding the leak. Linda had a technician come out the same day, and he replaced the defective shingles. In October of 2013 while replacing my evastrophe I noticed that my most of my shingles curled and had lost that grainy texture. I contacted Linda of Choinard Bros to see about doing a warranty claim. They came out and took the necessary pictures and samples from my roof and got me a claim. In the time they had sent off my warranty claim (can take up to three months) I had them redo my roof. The estimator Krista was extremely knowledgeable. I strongly recommend that if any one decides to go with this company, that they call Krista. Her detail to customer Service is A+. Overall I was pleased with the roofing job but just a little disappointed with the flashing and cleanup work. Krista came out to insure me that the flashing around the chimney would be redone, which it was a week after. The tech’s who came out to redo the flashing (Ben and Adam) did a great job. I would like to thank Krista, Linda, Ben and Adam for a job well done and yes I would recommend Chouinard Bros.

Ed and Lynn Mississauga Just a note to say thanks North Shore for replacing my old (not very good) eavestroughs and downspouts on my house. They were very professional, from Darren who provided the information on streamlining and replacement work to be done, the material to be used and the estimate, to Laura the office contact who was a delight to communicate with. Also thanks to Nick and Fredrick for a super installation job. When the job was finished their attention to site cleanup was superb...not a trace of dust or dirt anywhere. One of the very few companies and I mean very few who don’t expect to be paid until the job is complete and that the customer is satisfied. I never write a review, well at least not a good one but North Shore Eavestroughing deserved this good review.
