Words cannot begin to express my gratitude for the kindness and compassion that All Stars Roofing has demonstrated during this difficult time. I am a single parent mother and like many of you, I am struggling with homeschooling and trying to keep things as normal as possible for my young kids while in isolation away from family and friends. On top of that challenge, I am also a frontline worker as an Emergency Nurse. I spend my days with the kids while taking care of elderly neighbours and am working evenings during the week and 12 hour shifts every single weekend in the ER helping people in need. Like most of you have read, the protective equipment is hot and claustrophobic and my ears and nose have cuts around them from wearing it so frequently. On top of having these challenges, my front porch/flat roof started leaking into my garage and became unsafe. There were literally two big holes through my garage ceiling and I had buckets underneath collecting litres of rain water. I was trying to make due and was just trying to get by as most of us are, but my son ran out onto the porch and I was so scared. Right then and there I did my research and called All Stars Roofing Inc. based on their excellent reviews and reputation. Kevin came the very next day to assess the situation. He was on time, courteous, professional, very knowledgeable and took the time to assess the flat roof and answer all of my questions. I had a long talk with him and was in tears describing my situation and how I was fearful for my son as he ran out onto the unsafe balcony. Two days later, All Stars Roofing came to my house and fixed my porch FREE of charge as a kind gesture to help me out during my time of need. Kevin and Andy said they were happy to do it and it was their way of giving back at a time when we need to help each other out the most. I was crying as I was so grateful and could not find the words to thank them for such a kind and caring gesture. I am beyond grateful and above all, they did a fantastic job! The rain is no longer coming through and the surface is strong and safe for us to go on. Kevin was efficient, knowledgeable, organized and the space was immaculate when he left. At a time when we are all scared and struggling, All Stars Roofing stepped up and helped me when I was in need, so I in turn can continue to help others. This is truly an example of giving and caring and I can’t thank them enough for all they have done for my family. This gesture speaks volumes to the core of the company in that they care. They care about people, they care about our community and they care that the job is done right. I would highly recommend All Stars Roofing as you will get a job done right in quality with experience, expertise, excellent customer service with people who care and give back. My experience at All Stars Roofing was incredible from start to finish. They were professional, organized and very knowledgeable. Andy came out to assess a leak in my roof and was able to promptly and efficiently fix the problem. Andy had excellent customer service and was fantastic with my dog and children as well. I cannot thank you enough for all of your help and I look forward to working with All Stars for my roof replacement next year. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family!

We were in need of a pool inspection for peace of mind before purchasing our new house. I called several places but a pool inspector is actually quite difficult to find. We contacted Complete Spa and Pool and Paul said he could make it out the next morning at 9am. When he didn’t show, I phoned him and it ended up that my appointment time was “lost”. He showed up 3 ½ hours late, did not take off his shoes or properly introduce himself. He said “I’m the pool guy” and headed right through our house directly to the pool. The inspection took 15 minutes and we had to continuously be asking him questions to get information. Instead of teaching us about our pool and giving us honest and straightforward answers, we essentially got a quote for a new pool. I was told a written report would accompany the inspection and I had to call 5 days later to receive this “report”, which was no more then a two paragraph unprofessional email. We essentially paid $185 for a new pool quote. I would definitely NOT recommend this company. They are completely unprofessional, unorganized and dishonest. We felt extremely ripped off and angry after our so called pool inspection and are still left wondering about the actual condition of our pool.

We just recently purchased a home and were in need of a home inspector the next day. We decided on ClearView from the HomeStars reviews and it was an EXCELLENT choice! From the beginning to the end, Tom was AMAZING!! He arrived ahead of our scheduled time to prepare for the inspection and explained the entire process before he began. He removed his shoes and treated our new home like his own. He was courteous, patient and understanding. Every question I had (and there were many), Tom answered and provided sound advice. He was also hands on and demonstrated exactly how our house worked (ie. windows, furnace, filters etc.). I found this extremely helpful as a first time home owner. We used the infrared camera and though controversial, it provided us with peace of mind and did in fact show some areas for improvement. For the slight added cost, I would recommend it. I would recommend Tom to anyone and I have already started to spread the word. Our home inspection was excellent, thorough and professional. We received our report via email the same night and it gave us the confidence we needed in buying our new house! Thank you so much Tom for all of your help and in teaching me about our new home. I learned so much last week and I now feel much more confident in being a new home owner. We will follow through on maintaining our home and we look forward to the new projects you have given us ;) I can't thank you enough for your patience. It is obvious that you are passionate about your job and you do it extremely well. Diane
