Fantastic return service! Gancy came back to deal with some pesky yellow jackets that decided to set up shop at our front door. He came in on the day and time he committed to and did a fantastic job! He kept the area clean and truly went above and beyond to ensure that the hive was taken care of! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone! He definitely is a superstar!

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Gancy.... A hive was being built by yellow jackets, just outside the front door to my home. Reached out to Gancy from the positive ratings on HomeStars... I can see why he had them! Gancy arrived exactly when he said he was going to be at my home, assessed the situation and went straight to work. He provided me with the step by step details of the work that was going to be completed. He took all necessary precautions to keep us and himself safe during the process. I would not hesitate to call Gancy again... but hopefully, I won't need to!!!

Working with Fabian was an absolute pleasure. The entire process leading up the job was very clear and efficient. Quotes were received as committed and clearly detailed the scope of work. The job included ~300 sqft of area spread across a kitchen, main foyer and powder room. The tiles installed were an 8x8 hexagon tile, 12x24 and 5x5 printed tile, along with 4 flush mount vents. The job included dry pack and his team completed the install in about 3 hours. They kept the area clean and ensured that all work areas were cleaned up afterwards. Tiling started a few days later and was completed in 3 days. Fabian’s attention to detail and customer service were absolutely amazing! I appreciated that Fabian arrived on time everyday, put in a full day of work and kept the work area clean and tidy each night. He went out of his way to help me come up with solutions for transitions from the new tiled areas to existing hardwood flooring, which I appreciated! The detail that his team took from the dry pack to the tile install was apparent when my kitchen cabinet installer told me that this was the best floor that he has installed cabinets onto, from front to back, the kitchen floor was out ~1/8”, so essentially completely level!!! Absolutely amazing indeed, considering the fact that I knew that there was a slope in the floor of the kitchen. Needless to say, I would not hesitate recommending Precise Tile & Contracting for others! In fact, before he left, we already scoped out other areas where I need to get some work done. Contacted Tommy at Navida Garage Doors to replace 2 garage door openers that we were having trouble with after our move. Tommy arrived on site as per our agreement and worked efficiently to change the 2 openers. He explained that the receiving units in both original openers had reached their lifespan and were intermittently receiving the signals from the remotes. His work was very neat and tidy and he removed all garbage and debris that was removed. The day turned out to be a snowy day, yet he was still on time and actually helped to shovel some slush from inside the garage! He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate recommending him for any garage-related services that you need. Thanks Tommy and Navida Garage Doors!

Definitely stay away from this place! Signage of the store is actually "The Furniture Shoppe". If at all possible, stay away from this place. The initial salesman was very friendly and we were happy with the sofa set that we purchased. However, when we started to go through the paperwork, the salesman asked the floor manager a question and the manager proceeded to to yell at the salesman (all in front of us!). He continued to yell at us on the showroom floor. Even when I confronted him about it, he kept speaking to us in a very belittling fashion. We were going to walk out on the spot, though we really wanted the sofa set that we saw. We were quoted delivery in 2-3 weeks. Coming up to the 3rd week, I called the store to confirm the status on the sofa and I was transferred to the store manager, Harvey, whom continued to speak in a very harsh manner. I was then told that the sofa would not be ready for another week and was told to call back on the following week. The next week, I followed up and was then told that they had to check and see if it was ready! With a lot of complaining I finally was told that the sofa was ready to be delivered (not sure what happened in the span of 10 minutes!). When I came in to pay the outstanding balance, I told them that I wanted the sofa delivered the next day (which they previously said was possible). I was then given grief by the store manager indicating that they had to try and fit in the delivery. I told them that had they had the sofa ready when they originally promised, then there would not have been an issue. To top it all off, the store manager was SMOKING in his office (illegal!!!) and everything he said to us, made it sound that it was our fault! PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The only good thing is that we have received the sofa set and are very happy with it, though the experience was the worst that I have ever had with any store in my life!

I purchased all of my appliances from Derek at Appliance Canada and I couldn't be happier!!! Derek was very knowledgable about all my options and suggested things that I didn't think of. Priciing for all of the appliances was much lower that the other normal retailers (even cheaper than the sale prices). I would definitely recommend buying appliances/electronics from Derek at Appliance Canada!

I wanted to change all of the countertops in my home under a very tight timeline and Girish from Pro Stone was the man that was able to get everything coordinated within the time required. From the very first meeting to all of the subsequent conversations (face to face, over the phone or via email), Girish was very accomodating to all of my needs.
