I could not get the air conditioner started during the last heat spell. I called Boris and he sent Fred to investigate the problem the next day. Fred was very helpful and efficient. He identified / replaced the defective parts quickly and the air cond is working again. The temperature in the house returned to normal. Thanks Boris and Fred for your quick response and excellent service.
