My story is really no different than the others here. Outrageous pricing, problem not repaired in a dishwasher. They charged $390 for the part that Amazon sold for $50. The dishwasher ran for ~ 3 weeks and then leaked again. When I phoned them they said their parts warranty was 30 days (the manufacturer of the part gives a one year warranty). Contacted another repair company who charged $150 for the service call, found no trouble with the dishwasher. The service technician indicated the pump was not the problem, it was a slight imbalance of the dishwasher. My main regret is not checking reviews prior. BEWARE. DO NOT USE THEM.
