on going problems with windows since 2009, water leaks, screens falling off, front doors not installed properly since 2015, numerous attempts to have items addressed/serviced are ignored, although the company has been to the house a few times outcomes are negative. Can't begin to count the number of times I have called the company for help. they pass me on to a service manager who (and they change often) never makes an attempt to correct the problems. now as time has past I have been told that because the problems have existed for a while that they expect to be paid to fix their poor workmanship. exasperating to ignore their service guarantee and then want to charge one for their gross installations. A couple of years ago Chris Larock at Clera Windows won the bid to replace all of our second floor windows. The installation and quality of the windows were great so when we needed new front double doors we didn't even go for quotes. The doors were installed perfectly and clean up was excellent. recommend Chris to anyone for great service.
