We had Reynolds Brothers Exteriors come to our house for a quote in 2016. At the time the cost was outside our budget, so we waited to save up. We reached out to Reynolds Brothers Exteriors for an updated quote in 2018 and the company honoured their pricing to our surprise. From booking to the day they came was about 4 weeks. They came during the day while we were at work. By the time we got home, there was absolutely no evidence that they were even on site... aside for the gorgeous new black gutters to the house. Since they were installed we've had several storms and our walkway has remained dry. I highly recommend these guys. They know their stuff!

We knew that Magic Windows was going to be the company to replace our windows the minute we met Corey. That day we had quotes from other companies and other guys gave us used-car salesman tactic, tried to be "our friend" and gave us shady pricing and deals. Corey was professional and laid back. He listened to our needs and understood what needed to be done. He gave us just ONE price that was guaranteed for a year. This gave us time to save money to pay for the windows. The windows are installed and they are amazing! I love the retractable screens and blinds. There was a mistake on one of the windows' blinds. Corey personally picked up and dropped off the correct blind within a couple days. I was seriously surprised to hear a difference as soon as the window is closed, the outside world is muted completely. We will always stick to Magic Windows moving forward.

We removed a wall between two rooms where one had popcorn ceiling and the other had a smooth finish. We had no idea how to correct this so we called Al. Al came by that afternoon to provide a quote. The following week we had them scheduled. Before starting Al and his boys covered the entire work area to prevent dust. They were very polite and worked hard until the job was done. They mudded the ceiling in two rooms and even corrected sagging in the drywall that was caused over time. The issue we have now is that the areas they fixed look great which makes the rest of the house look old. That is just an example of their workmanship! We will have them come back for all our future renos.

We recently had a devastating flood in our basement that caused us to pull out all floors and furniture. It was obvious we had a serious leak that needed to be fixed. I went to the leak masters website and typed in my situation. The same day, someone had called me back to schedule a free estimate 2 days later. After a quick tour of my basement and time spent to explain where we think the leak is coming from, Jim offered us two options with their pros and cons along with an easy to understand cost. This gave us the information we needed and went with the cheaper of the two options. We were scheduled in for the following Monday for the work to begin. Jim and the guys had budgeted two days to complete the work, but somehow pulled it off in less than a day. Once done, they cleaned up everything as though they were never here. Since then we've had several major rain storms and near by tornadoes, but no leak in the basement. We will keep these guys in mind for any new work we need to do.
