My Whirlpool refrigerator broke in February 2024 and they sent out Elite Appliance to repair it. Elite attended and stated I needed a part that was on backorder and charged the initial diagnostic fee. I waited for months corresponding with Elite by email only to be told it was still on back order. I contacted Whirlpool in July and they advised the part was never on back order and Elite had closed the file in March and provided false information to Whirlpool, while telling me something completely different by email. Do not trust this company. Lets see how long this review stays on their website.
