Moe was great to deal with. I called him as we had a problem with a downspout and we also needed to get our gutters cleaned. Moe's communication was outstanding and he and his crew did an excellent job fixing the downspout. The best part was that Moe wanted to fix the downspout before we got more rain and so fit us into his busy schedule. Thank you, Moe.

We have used Petersen's before and always had Dan. He was not available and so Ian came to do the work. Ian was prompt, efficient and friendly. He cleaned up after he did the work and we were not disappointed. I have recommended Petersen's to friends and will continue to do so. Thank you, Petersen's, for the great work again.

We found the company on Homestars and are we happy we called. Tony was excellent. Our garage door made a lot of noise and had probably not been taken care of since the garage door and opener was installed almost 20 years ago. Tony checked everything and answered our questions. He was polite and friendly and told us what to watch for in case there are problems in the future. He even set up two remote controls and also installed some edging on the door that had never been installed. After Tony was finished I no longer worried that the door would fall on my car when I opened it. Great work -- thank you Tony. If we ever need more work done, we will call Tony.

We have used Sullivan in the past for tree trimming so called them when we needed to have a tree taken down and the stump ground. The team that came out was incredible. The tree was close to a fence but the team was very careful and did an excellent job. Best of all, they cleaned up the area very well. Merissa at the office is also excellent to deal with. If we need any more work done we will call Sullivan and recommend the company to others.

After a terrible windstorm, half of the ridge cap came off our roof and was caught on the ventilator. Needless to say, we needed it repaired quickly. We were fortunate to call Elite Roofing and get immediate help. After talking to the receptionist to set up an appointment, I emailed pictures of the problem. Robert LaPierre emailed me back right away and asked me to call him. Robert explained what needed to be done, changed appointments so the work could be sooner, and said his crew would have everything that was needed. I did not know the length of the roof but he said he would be able to tell by looking at google. Robert was very helpful. It was very refreshing to see two young men, Jordan and Jordan, so serious about their work. They were not lazy and had a professional attitude. They arrived on time and were polite and friendly and quickly got to work. Jordan explained what was done to repair the problem and why it had come off in the first place. Jordan and Jordan also did some extra work and checked the eaves. My mother, a senior, was so relieved. Thank you, Elite Roofing, for a job well done and for repairing bad work done by the other company who had originally done the roof.

This is our second time using Petersen's and Dan. Both times great service. Friendly, efficient and answered all my questions clearly. We will call Petersen's again if we have any other problems. Great work.
