Inde my booking online via Fix Appliances webchat and the agent was polite, polite attentive and thorough. Booking was confirmed, the technician Sergey phoned me in advance and arrived on time, actually a little early which was fine. He had all parts with him, replaced only what was needed, tested it thoroughly and left our laundry room clean. Sergei was polite and professional. Price overall was very fair for the services given. Will definitely recommend.
