Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere ever
I had an LG Fridge that broke and setup a call via the LG website and was assigned this company to come out and fix it. That's when the problems started. 1. Received an email to provide a picture of the fridge info containing information I'd already sent LG for the call or I would have nobody come out to fix it. Followed by radio silence. 2. The only date I could select was a Thursday 2 weeks out when I setup the call which cost hundreds of dollars. 3. Day of the call, I still haven't heard anything so I call them, am told somebody will check and call me back. Fast forward 2 hours and nobody called me back. I call them back again and am told that they don't come out here except on Wednesdays so now I'm waiting another week. Nobody there seems to know how to communicate or schedule anything. out of 3 people I talked to, one was incompetent, 1 just wanted to fight with me and talk over me, and the last just hung up on me after I had just giving up and asked to schedule the next time they come out. THey say they have glowing google reviews and all kinds of awards, I have my doubts
