I had an energy performed on the house by Amerispec as recommended by my window installer. They came and did a before and after energy audit and made several easy to do recommendations to improve the efficiency of our home. Once I had the windows installed and did most of the recommended items, Amerispec returned and did a final audit. The results allowed us to get a Government grant of $500. My only regret is that I did not call them fast enough. I should have called them 2 years earlier before I had a new furnace installed and the grant would have been more.

I had a total of 18 windows and 1 patio door installed in my house 3 years ago by Centennial Windows. The windows were no the least expensive windows that we had quoted, but they were the highest rated for quality by CSA. The installers were very professional and did an outstanding job. The windows are solid, no drafts, and do an excellent job of keeping the house warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I have noticed a significant drop in my utility costs since they were installed.

I had my existing roof replaced as well as 2 new skylights put in. The Gauthier team installed the roof quickly and with great care. Ron Gauthier even came back several months later to give me some free advice on how to properly vent my attic. Overall I would highly recommend Gauthier Roofing & Siding.
