As you know it is often hard to find a quality company to get out and perform labour intensive work on your home, especially in your absence. My family and I have been working on the cottage now for a while and have witnessed this repeatedly. This spring we realized it was time to make the move to a real roof. Something that will help protect all of the work that we have done inside and also help to stop and animals that might try to dig their way in again (long store). We called around and spoke to many characters (to say the least) and ended up booking a visit with the team at Clicklock. They did not seem to mind our location nor the fact that it would be at least two visits if they were to get us a proper quote. We first met at our home in the city and later at the cottage for a final measure and booking. Long story short the work was completed without a hitch and my progress visit (unannounced) was met with a clean work site and no alcohol or questionable work practices present (another story). The crew was polite and there work was neat. Even though it is only a cottage they seem to treat it as a show home, lol. Well I would like to think so anyway. Thanks again for the great work!

Our intension was simple, purchase the remaining two window coverings for our project. The outcome was nothing short of a hook line and sinker. After detailing that we were back to purchase the blinds not purchased in our first run the store graciously looked up our information and confirmed the measurements of the windows (both being the same). We discussed the options and indicated that it was not a high profile area so we did not want to go as high end as we did on the main floor and we were guaranteed to be getting the best deal possible. The calculations were don and we were told a number out loud to which was multiplied by two (to me that would indicate both blinds we were looking for). We confirmed right away and placed the order, all while thinking they really must want our business because this is a great price. Once we received the order we came to find out that it was only made for half of what we needed and discussed. With absolutely no remorse from the store for this we were told they would be happy to place another order for the other blind, hook line and sinker. Having looked up our information from past record why would we knowingly order just one blind when everyone knew we needed two... For this the only response has been that they would be happy to order another at the same price, there by putting us over the other quote we received and nearly doubling our budget. This sucks!

We have not used a duct cleaning service in a few years as we planned on moving. So here we are in our new house now 6 months and happy to say Dial One has done it again. Our ducts had been cleaned by the builder’s guy at the time of closing and thought we would be good. After a summer of using the AC we noticed we needed a little cleaning before a winter of closed windows and indoor play days. After another successful cleaning I have to say, we are HAPPY with the service and the continued professional attitude to which the team puts forth each day. Good job guys!!!

After tendering this project with three companies we quickly came to see that there was a clear winner. When comparing apples to apples I have never been a believer of haggling. Joel made sure the first price was the right price and he stood behind the quote. We made the purchase without hesitation and have been happy since. Hunter Douglas product is not exactly inexpensive so we really wanted to commit to a company that would be there for us. Joel and his team will do what it takes to make sure you come back for more!

I have never benefited more from a morning off work. The knowledge I attained was quite impressive. Who knew the world of duct cleaning could be so in-depth and technical. With three asthmatics in the house I am really glad that I chose Dial One to take care of my air. I have been present for duct cleanings in the past while with friends and I guarantee I have never seen better service. All those companies boasting about cameras in the ducts to show you what you have in your air are a waist of time and money. Joe (Dial One) has such powerful equipment that all he needed to do was hold his suction hose 3-4 inches away from the hole in the duct work and send in his whip. I was able to see just how much was really in there after a few years. The dust dirt and objects (New construction care sucks) would fly out and get sucked into the tube right before my eyes. Dial One is my 1st and only choice in duct cleaning!
