My experience with Dubbins is almost exactly the same as the other bad review here by michael. Dubbins replaced my torched on roof in Nov 2012. It was not leaking, but was time to replace. 3 weeks after it was done, my upstairs bedroom office started to develop cracks in ceiling, and all paint started to peel, with water stains. I called steve about 15 times on both his numbers. Over a two month period. It did not rain much in feb and I was grateful. One day an assoc. of his called to say her could come look at it, steve told him to call me. He came, did a quick patch job that did not work, still leaking. Then I called him back, he said, steve owes him money, if you want this fixed you have to pay me. SO I did. He replaced 100 square feet. I now feel that the rest of my roof may not be done to code, although it is no longer leaking. I called steve to ask for reimbursement for the repairs, as Dubbins always gives a warrantee on their work, BUT DONT EXPECT THEM TO EVER FULFILL IT! He has NEVER called me back.They do a terrible job, and are not certified. I deeply regret hiring Dubbins. If I ran my business the way they do, I would be out of business. I am writing this to warn others about hiring them. The only good thing I can say is they cleaned up after themselves. They also replaced the shingles on my and my neighbours front dormers. 3 blew off. The sad thing is, I really liked the guy and perceived him to be honest. My bad judgement, so very disappointed in them.
