In a worse position than before I called
I want to bring to your attention the disgraceful service I have received from LeafFilter. This company seems to prey on people they believe to be elderly and incompetent. I have never received such horrible service. The customer service or lack thereof provided through the process is appalling. As a business owner myself, I pride myself in my customer service abilities and would never speak to a customer or allow one of my employees to speak to a customer, in the way I have been spoken to. I feel as if LeafFilter was trying to take advantage of me, maybe believing me to be senile. I was grossly overcharged for a less than stellar service. There are more problems now that I have received a fix than there were before I ever called LeafFilter. They has been completely unpleasant to deal with and rude. I have received no support or solution to the situation and am frankly sick and tired of the run around. When I pay for a service, I expect to receive the quality I pay for. Given what I spent for their service, there should not be even the most minute of problems. I would expect someone to reach out to me to solve these issues and arrange for a partial or full refund of the subpar service and product I paid for.
