Unique Duct was prompt when answering my call and was able to come the next day for service. The called ahead of time, was on time and professional. We had the pleasure of working with Tariq who explained the process, benefits, and showed us before and after photos. We had full duct and furnace cleaning service and the price was fair, compared to other companies. We've used Unique 3 times in our past homes and have always been impressed with the level of professionalism. I wouldn't think twice to use this company again. 100% Satisfied Amazing job! Our house had some previous faulty plumbing issues when we moved in. Anthony came over and made us feel at ease. He installed a new shower valve, face plate and handle. After already having multiple people try and fix our issue before calling Mr Rooter, Anthony diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to begin working on it. It was a time consuming and messy job but you could hardly tell. He didn’t leave a single mess and the work was done professionally, with quality, care and attention to detail. After being at our house for over 4 hours, Anthony took the time after the job to do a full courtesy home inspection of our plumbing and took time to explain to me the inner workings of our home’s plumbing. I learned so much! Skip the middle man and hire this company – they warrantee their work but most of all provide confidence and ease that the workmanship is done RIGHT. Anthony went above and beyond the expectations and requirements of the job he was hired for. We are 100% satisfied and would recommend anyone to choose Mr Rooter for your job, big or small. Ryan and his partner came over to clean the eavestroughs on our 2 story house. He was on time and the pricing was extremely fair for the time and effort that was put in. He was very attentive to the details and did everything by hand ensuring the job was done properly. He was very professional. The value of their work greatly exceeded the cost that we paid. Very professional and trusted service that was provided. Sean came over and installed the roof and attic ventilation for a bathroom fan. He also fixed shingles on our roof. The price was very competitive and fair for the amount of time and work he put in. He took his time to check other issues we were having on the roof as well. Before leaving, Sean ensured everything was done perfectly. He was very attentive to the detail of the job he was doing. He tested the air flow and made adjustments several times to ensure the job was fully completed before leaving. He was in no rush to just "get the job done and go". He took pictures and guaranteed his work in writing. Sean was very courteous and clean while working. He took the time to explain everything in detail (which was wonderful not knowing much about roofing and ventilation). I would 100% recommend Sean/Boys in Blue and would use him again in the future. I was looking online for a good priced canvas and found this company. I couldn't find any reviews on them except for testimonials on their website. So here's my review to you. I ordered a product and checked off the option to see a mock up before printing (they claim this takes 1-3 days). After 4 days of not hearing from them, I emailed them. They then sent me a mock up. In minutes I approved the mock up (according to website, they say after mock up is approved it takes 1-2 days to receive shipping confirmation). 6 days later, I received nothing. I phoned them (the lady was not pleasant, not understanding and rude, poor poor customer service). She tells me I am suppose to pick it up. I have no idea where they're located, turn out they are several hours away from me. I told her I paid for shipping and ordered online. She then tells me it was shipped out yesterday. Very confused lady. No shipping number, email confirmation, nothing. Still waiting for the product... Hope it comes since I paid for it but I would highly not recommend this company. Poor communication, poor customer service, don't know what they're doing and rude to customers on top of it!

My boyfriend and I just recently purchased our first home together. Being new to "home owning" and having decided to upgrade all 6 windows in our house and a patio door (on a budget), we were cautious. We had numerous companies come into our home to give us quotes and we asked alot (alot!) of questions. Torwin (our last quote - although I wish jt was our first!!) answered all my questions before I could even ask. Jody came over to give me a quote and spent quality time discussing options and helping me understand the business. They were personable and left the house cleaner than it was when they came in! Absolutely no damage to any part of my home (as I thought there might be with such a large renovation). The windows and craftsmanship is fabulous. They pay attention to detail and care about your home. The price was the most reasonable of all the quotes (especially for the quality of the product and service). And comes with great, transferable warranty and after-installation services. If you are looking for a committed, dedicated and experienced company (not a "here today, gone tomorrow" company) then I highly recommend anyone to use Torwin for any project - small or large.
