Do not use this company for pool heaters
There technician lack the knowledge to repair pool heater. They missed diagnosed the problem and installed an unneeded gas valve cost of $1700. then advised that control panel needed replacing. I got a second opinion from an other company and was resolved over the phone, the water the heather had been installed incorrectly. Have not received a call back from Francis Home Environment, after leaving message concerning , a full refund.
