Every problem that could happen is still happening
We've encountered nothing but problems with this company. Initially, their sales rep assured us reliability and hassle-free service when discussing why we should choose Reliance. However, our experience has been anything but hassle-free. Firstly, scheduling the installation was a nightmare. Despite requesting a 1pm start time due to my work schedule and my dogs' anxiety around strangers and loud noises, they arrived at 11:30 while I was working from home, causing distress to my dogs. The installer mentioned a morning job forced their early arrival, which directly contradicted what the sales rep promised. The problems didn't stop there. The water temperature fluctuated dangerously, going from cold to scalding in moments, posing a risk to my small children. After notifying our sales rep, they sent someone the next day to adjust the settings, highlighting that the initial setting was dangerously high for any household, especially one with children. Furthermore, despite having a written agreement for one year of no payments (with the company making the payments initially), I received an unexpected payment notification in December. Attempts to rectify this with our sales rep were futile I didn't receive a response, and subsequent attempts to follow up were similarly ignored. This lack of communication and disregard for our agreed terms was deeply frustrating. The sales rep got their commission and didnt care anymore. Additionally, issues persisted with multiple incorrect billing and charges that the company couldn't explain or rectify over several months. Despite numerous calls and emails, the company seemed indifferent once the installation was done and payments were automated. Its been 7 months and it hasnt been rectified and management is not even responding to emails. Even worse, when the water tank and furnace failed inspection initially, it required additional visits and repairs, prolonging our frustration and inconvenience. Overall, our experience with this company has been a far cry from the hassle-free service promised. We simply wanted reliable hot water and a functional furnace, but instead, we've been met with constant problems, poor communication, and unresolved issues. It's been incredibly disappointing and frustrating for our family. After reading other review we are not alone. Snd finding out we will be paying monthly fees after our 6 years is up or having a huge buy out. I cant believe we signed up. Do your selves a favour and walk away from this company. I cant believe we fell for this crazy scheme and company.
