We recently had a trailer window that had shattered replaced at Crystal glass St Albert. We removed our frame and dropped it at the shop for the glass to be removed and new glass installed, while I was happy it only took 1 week to receive the new glass in our frame, we were disappointed that frame was returned to us severely scratched up (likely from it rubbing against the shards glass during the fix.) I contacted the store immediately after my husband returned home from the pick up and spoke with the Manager/Owner. He was to get back to me once he investigated further. No immediate solution was offered but he mentioned painting it was the likely solution. I have now waited a week and a half, followed up with an unanswered message and have not heard anything back regarding a fix Or an explanation or apology. Disappointing to feel as though the company didnt care to rectify their mistake but were happy to take our money. We are now left with a scratched up frame I wouldnt recommend them and will not return for future glass work. They dont stand behind their work and dont appear to afford common courtesy to their customers.
