These folks are the best I dealt with by quite a margin. Just for context I contacted about 5 different contractors to get a quote. Most play the game of quoting high and waiting for you to get other prices to then lower theirs. Frankly I can't stand that, you should give your best competitive quote upfront, which is exactly what Alon did, I like his honest no nonsense approach. He also explained in great detail how I can improve things now that in replacing windows and doors. So the sales was excellent. The service was also top class, Vitaly and his team true professionals, the finishing was good and the cleanup was spotless. My rooms upstairs are so much warmer now with the new windows. Support is one of the main criteria most companies fall behind on, the guys are awesome. I had a small concern/query and it was immediately addressed holding true to their warranty. Windows and doors are a big investment I am glad I went with them. If you thinking about an upgrade, go ahead and contact these guys. They are the best!
