We had a leak in our finished basement and were recommended to RCC Waterproofing by a friend who had a similar problem 20 years ago. Daniel the waterproofing consultant came out to assess the area. We were impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and expertise that we didnt bother to get a second opinion or quote. We started with getting the remediation team, George and Michael to remove the drywall, insulation, baseboards, flooring and treating the wet and moldy areas. They both did an outstanding job! The demolition, remediation and clean up was very well done. Once we saw where the water was seeping through, in consultation with Daniel, we decided to go the injection route from the inside to repairs the cracks in the foundation. Chris came out to do the injections on the back wall. We were impressed with his workmanship. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and went over and beyond to remediate the problem areas. We were very happy with the entire team that worked with us at RCC Waterproofing. All of our questions and concerns were answered in detail and promptly. The whole team made this a stress free experience for us. We would highly recommend RCC Waterproofing.
