UNHAPPY

I had epoxy flooring done last year in June/july. There were delays in getting installed but finally the work was completed. The epoxy has not been a year in and it has cracks and area that pose a hazard to people tripping. I have called them numerous times, sent e-mails with pictures, sent text messages with pictures for a number of weeks now and no one has had the courtesy to call me back, to schedule a review of the issues and book a time to repair. I spoke the main rep who told me they are really busy and to contact the office and e-mail the office. I contact the office and leave messages and no one responds. I finally get a person who picks up and says he is an answering service but assures me someone will call me back that day or next date and no one has called. I would not recommend!
