The old air conditioner failed. The house is rented out at the moment, and it is not easy for me to get there to meet a contractor. Air Point quoted me a price over the phone, only needing me to follow up with a couple of photographs of the furnace and existing AC. They then proceeded to show up exactly when they said they would, installed the new AC properly and professionally, and charged me exactly what they quoted. Not to mention the two techs that showed up for the install: professional, polite, organized, clear communicators... I didn't really want to replace my AC at the moment, but at least Air Point made it as painless as possible.
