I live in a condo, and the valve for my washing machine didn't work and when I was deinstalling my washermachine, I had a flood, and the floors were ruined. My insurance adjuster brought Onside, I had a choice to go with Onside or get the money and hire someone on my own. The reason I went with Onside is that they told me that I would have life time warranty if anything happens to the floors, no matter what it was (and knowing I had a dog) so I went with Onside, the work was done professionally, very clean work and done fast. Now years go by and I have squeaking, I have bubbling in some places, I have knicks in other, etc. Now I'm told that its not a life time warranty and they will not fix it. So this part is why I am unable to give them a better star rating. Its very upsetting.
