Travers from Milton

I had Nimby (Paul) come and remove a birds nest in our soffit of our roof. I showed him the problem and went back inside, I came out when it sounded like he was packing back up to see an eyesore on our roof where all he did was put up some chicken wire and screw it in with a giant silver washer. When I ask him to 'clean it up' (both the job and the bird droppings), he gave me attitude as if I was putting him out. He cleaned the droppings until he said 'that's good enough' using my bucket and broom filled with soap and water that I had to provide. Now I have to get back up on the roof to finish cleaning and try to hide the mesh so it is not such an eyesore on our new roof. We will not use them again and do not recommend them.

Kevin was a great guy to work with. He came out (on time! we had 2 no-shows from other companies). He made us feel really comfortable that we were getting the best product, service and coverage for our new (and first) house. He called me one day or organize a time and the shingles were delivered right to the roof that afternoon. We have had all our neighbors compliment the quality look and colour matching (which Kev also helped out with). We are extremely happy with the service, price and time Done-Right provided and highly recommend them!
