For the past 4 years I paid annual check-up in advance. My 2023 appointment in November got pushed back to Jan. 2024 and again to March 2024 for my Dru Richelieu gas fireplace , my main source of heat since electric baseboards cost more. Excuses were that one technician was sick and no one else to take over and then emergency no heat client so I was pushed back in the queue. How can a company let you down and service main source of heat at the end of winter? Well they did and I did not renew contract with them.
