A well-experienced and professional crew did a great job of upgrading our attic insulation in the time-frame promised. They did a few extras and left the place tidy, considering how messy loose, air-blown insulation can be. The owner and his wife came back later in the day to help us with the Fortis rebate application. All in all a great experience and a reasonable cost.
Mr. Rooter replaced my leaking water heater and advised me that my bathroom plumbing needed upgrading. They also replaced the 'heat tape' on the water pipe underneath my mobile. Great work and friendly, responsive staff.

We had a 'stick-built' fence built by Rona, using their pressure-treated lumber. We had issues with the quality of the fence boards they supplied - we rejected many for poor quality. The construction was at time sloppy - poorly 'shot' nails that split boards and were left sticking out. We also had to pressure them to do the install the way we had asked for in the preliminary estimate - they seemed to have different ideas when they were actually doing the build. Overall, the fence turned out OK, but it took a lot of complaints and reworking to get it done satisfactorily.
The job was done in a rush at the end of the day (6:00 pm), with a strong chance of rain. The rain started within 3 hours and the sealant seemed to be leaching out. They left a fairly large depression unfilled, which was very obvious when it filled up with rainwater. They give a guarantee, but I am not confident they will do anything to fix the situation.
I am sorry their was a very large depression that's was left unfilled. I have not had anyone call our try to reach me about this if you could contact me please. I would like to resolve this. With depressions we will fill them only if discussed or if it is deep enough pothole that asphalt will actually hold.
