SNP ASPHALT SERVICE

We hired this company in 2018 to fix the asphalt in a 55+ complex. The contract had a 2-year warranty. Within 8 months the work they did failed. We have been chasing them to honor the warranty for 5 years now. Despite Curtis knowing that this complex has elderly owners on pensions, he has failed to return calls or return to fix the problem. Do not hire them.

I researched my options for filling and sealing our large driveway. Seal N Pave applied a thick coating of their unique high quality product. For added protection I added a second coat of sealer this spring. The driveway looks amazing and the work was done on time for a fraction of the competitive quotes. I highly recommend Mortimer and his crew.

Curtis and crew from SNP Seal N Pave were great. Communication was good, they showed up on time, prep was good, good coverage of product, no overspray. They even filled driveway cracks with their rubber patch machine. Looks like a new driveway.

We had the cracks in our driveway filled and sealed late last Oct/18 as the weather turned colder. The crew worked hard and the driveway looked great over the winter.

This is the second time we've had Curtis seal our massive driveway. He has always been prompt with estimates and flexible with dates. His communication and responsiveness is excellent, and he showed up when he was supposed to, which says a lot in this day and age. We are happy with the thoroughness of the application. The driveway looks great. We're hopeful this sealing lasts more than 3 years (his warranty) as the sun beats the heck out of this surface.
