DO NOT purchase from this company. We spent huge dollars on windows and door last spring, May 2012 By fall we had small blisters that we painted over using the touch up paint provided By March 2013 we found multiple, large paint blisters with white base coat paint showing through Many calls to Mario our original salesperson and Claudio, customer service, have resulted in broken promises of a quick resolution with the problem getting bigger by the week. Richard the owner is either too busy to speak to you or out of the office . If you have purchased - good luck. If you are considering a purchase run in the other direction!
