We had a tenant advise of 'critters on the roof'. We have used Liddle Rascals in the past at this building and some of our others, and they always arrive when they say they will, advise what the problem was and what they did to rectify it, arrange follow-up to ensure the problem is taken care of, and guarantee their work/return if necessary. I found them efficient and successful at relieving us of our unwanted 'guests'. Thanks!
