We have replaced all 16 windows in our home. We have also requested that the patio door and 3 outside doors also be replaced, but since they were not ready at the same time as the windows (some sort of production issue) Beverley Hills offered to do 2 separate installations if we wanted. They do weekend installations, a bonus for those of us that work outside the home throughout the week! I found the installers were friendly, and took good care of our home. They cleaned up after themselves, and took away all the old windows. When we noticed little things (and sometimes big things), there was no discussion, and it was fixed right away. For instance, we noticed that 1 window didn't look like it was leveled properly, we mentioned it on day 2 and it was removed and re-done. We were very impressed with the service of the installers.

Working with Jamie at KW Home Services was great! He takes pride in his work and it shows. We had an extension built off of our existing deck (12' x 26'), and had the railing on the existing deck replaced to match the new one. Jamie listened to what we wanted, asked questions when he wasn't sure, and made changes when we asked. Even when we asked him to do work that wasn't included in the initial estimate, his response to me was 'I just want you to be happy'. Not once did he mention how this would affect other jobs he had lined up, or make us feel bad in any way for adding to his work. We were happy with his professionalism, the speed with which he was able to complete the work, and the quality of his work! We would hire Jamie to do any general contract work around our house again.
