Scott was very thorough on inspecting the suspected areas for squirrels. He quickly identified the trouble spots near my attic and began his work in removing and chasing the squirrels away. Besides removing the squirrels, he pointed out other potential trouble areas where animals can gravitate to and suggested ways to prevent it from being the next hot spot for the animals. His pricing is reasonable and best of all, there is a coupon for his service posted on Homestar (great promotional tool). The price I paid is slightly higher than the standard charge was due to the additional preventive work done at the home. After his visit, there is a visible difference in the amount of animal traffic (squirrels and birds a-like) near the home and I am glad that I called him to conduct the work at our home. I would totally recommend his service to my friends.

My real estate agent referred us to Clarified Home Inspections (Shawn) for the pre-purchase home inspection. On the day of the inspection, Shawn arrived at the home early, he was ready to go and waiting for us with his gear at the porch. I must say he does a very thorough job in examining items from the exterior and the interior of the home and he explains any questions we have for him. One thing I like is the detail report that he produced for his clients. The report highlights all major and minor issues that he finds during his inspection. Furthermore, the report highlights the consequence if the issue was not addressed. I would recommend his service to anyone I know that is looking for a home inspector.
