We had another company come to clean our ducts, and as a result we ended up with a noise in our blower motor. I called Boonstra, and from the first call, to the quick scheduling of the service call to the technician, and the order of the part, and the replacement part repair booking the entire experience was AMAZING. I will never use anyone else for the service. In this day and age service like this is hard to find. What a great example of what the customer service should be. You truly are the experts.

We have an extended warranty on our Frigidaire Gallery refridgerator purchased from a chain in Burlington, and thank goodness as it seems to be a bit of a lemon. But let me say if it wasn't for the group at Home Appliance repair and especially George our technician we would have lost the contents of our fridge for a 3rd time. We called in on Friday morning to our extened warranty company to request the same repair for the 3rd time now, and this time the work order was sent to Home Appliance Repair. I contacted them and was given an appointment on Monday, however after asking if there was anything they could do to get someone on site on a Friday they were able to arrange for a technician (George) to come to our home. He arrived at approx 6pm, and stayed for well over an hour, and did not leave until he had the issue fixed. He was not concerned about getting home for the weekend, he was more concerned about getting our fridge fixed. There are no words to describe how nice it was to have customer serivce as a priority. Highly recommend this company. Nothing but helpful from the reception, service group and especially our technician. 5 STARS
