A numbe of electrical projects
Add additional power outlets, install security cameras and set up power for the same, install video doorbell, install panel LEDs, redo faulty/unsafe wiring in a couple of junction boxes. Adam provided quality work at a very reasonable price. Will definitely approach him again for additional work.
Window/Patio door replacement and partial siding replacement
We needed to replace 40 year old aluminium doors/windows in our home (significant heat loss) and also do a partial replacement/fixes of the cedar siding. After doing due diligence and getting estimates we decided on Legacy Windows and Doors based on the initial discussions with Jayden and subsequent detailed discussions with Jayden and Alex. Based on the above discussions and final estimates we decided to go ahead with the project which was completed by Jackson and his team. The end results exceeded expectations, and the project was completed promptly, within the allocated time and within budget (and Jackson also completed an additional small project within the same budget). Kudos to Jayden, Alex and Jackson and his team (including Ethan - operations coordinator). I have to pat myself on the back for being such a good judge of character ;-). Seriously though, if you need similar projects completed, speak with Jayden at Legacy Windows and you will not be disappointed.

Main bathroom reno + ensuite fix up
Paul and hist team stripped the main bathroom down to the sub-floor and rebuilt/re-installed everything. End result is nothing short of outstanding. The en-suite required some new items and fixes and I am totally satisfied. You want it done right ? Get Paul and his team at Bathroom Design Build to do it right.

Basement insulation and waterproofing
Had a problem with a couple of cracks in our basement and we also wanted to install insulation for efficiency. Called Basement Systems based on HomeStars as well as other reviews and they did the work as promised. Very satisfied and will use them again if the need arises.
