Bob came and picked up an area rug, cleaned it (front and back), disinfected it and brought it back a week later, as promised. I had to vacuum it once I unrolled it, but it looks great. Easy to coordinate the pick-up and drop-off.

We hired Gary Windfeld to renovate the main floor of a home we moved into July 2013. He had done a fantastic kitchen renovation for us in our previous home, so we had no concerns about calling on him again. We purchased kitchen cabinets from Home Depot, as well as countertop, but Gary installed everything. He tore up old flooring, knocked down walls and built new ones, did all of the electrical work (including installing potlights) and the plumbing, and dozens of other things I probably don't even know about, including purchasing all of the construction materials. Gary gave us some great advice, based on all of his experience and had suggestions for how to improve some of our own plans. It was a massive job, and we saw progress every day. Would not hesitate to recommend Gary Windfeld to anyone else.

October 2013 .... we just moved into a home and had the ducts cleaned. He had a problem with his truck ... couldn't start the motor for the machinery he needed, but he called a co-worker and it was up and running in about 45 minutes. Everything seems fine ... hard to tell how clean the ducts are, but all went well.

I had 5 very old dining chairs (100 years) that were my great-grandparents and had been sitting in a garage for years. The leather on the seat and back was ripped and destroyed and all of the (horse hair) stuffing gone. One chair was missing a big chunk of wood that Gary replaced with a perfect custom fit. He refinished the wood and reupholstered the seats and backs and they look just like new, yet perfectly preserved at the same time! We had a bit of an issue with one part, and he raced over to pick up the chairs and fixed it up to an even higher quality than we originally expected. They're ready to go for another hundred years. Our family of 5 live in Whitby and only moved a few kilometers. We hired Road Runners to move the big and heavy items (piano, washer/dryer, fridge, furniture, etc). Tyrone, Brandon and Raleigh did a fantastic on what was probably the hottest day of the year (42C with the humidity). They worked constantly all day without complaining and were very professional.
