Luis did a complete renovation of my basement for an accessory dwelling. Basement was completely unfinished Luis helped created a full seperate apartment which i know have rented to earn extra income. Renovation included putting in plumbing, electrical, support beams, egress window, walling off seperate entrance, putting in laundry, kitchen, washroom etc. The work was excellent and Luis was on time and responsive. Highly recommended.
