So last year our furnace went down in the cold spell, and the furnace was blinking 3 times, for pressure sensor. We called Pete the plumber for they are supposed to be the best. Their guy came and changed the burner and put air through the pressure sensor unit to clean it. The guy had come back 3 times and every time I asked him to put in a new pressure sensor but he said its not the problem, he said its ur main board so u need a new furnace. Ummmm I dont have 6000 bucks. So a friend saw my post on fb, he works with a company doing furnaces and he paid and changed the pressure sensor for free since Pete the plumber wouldnt do it and well they took the last of our money. And guess what our furnace is still going strong almost a year later. Pete might be good but I will never use them again unless Pete him self does it. I did call and complain and got nothing from the lady and no money back for them replacing parts that was not the problem and I even let her k ow that the guy would not change the part the furnace was saying the problem was. So either Pete don't know or his employees are taking advantage of older people into spending money on a new furnace that was not needed. Oh and Pete has not replied or tried to get a hold of us about this problem either.
