Excellent service from Matthew and Pro Appliance. Prompt, knowledgeable, honest and fair. Freezer was not holding temperature. I called Pro Appliance at 8:00am Thursday morning and Matthew was at my house at 8:40am the same morning. Matthew quickly accessed the situation and provided instructions on how to rectify the problem. I have been dealing with Matthew and Pro Appliance for many years and they have never let me down! I strongly suggest using Pro Appliance and Matthew if needed
