We intially dealt with Eric 20 years ago and we were well satisfied (we found him to be honest and straightforward), so when our Carrier furnace failed we contacted Eric again. We were pleased to find that his technician and installer Kam was still with the company. Eric is well versed re: warranties and rebates, and he seamlessly facilitated that end of the job. Kam and his team installed a new Carrier furnace and a Trane heat pump. Their work was efficient and neatly done. We would highly recommend this company.
