They took my fully refundable deposit and won't give it back
Don't work with them. I put a fully refundable deposit down on a house and due to unforeseen circumstances was unable to purchase. I have reached out three times to get my 1000 dollars back. It's funny because it took them a day to take my money and all of a sudden they have disappeared when its time for me to get my deposit back.
