I had a malfunctioning gas control valve bypass which caused gas to leak into the rest of my home from the furnace. Without it fixed, I could not turn on my furnace for fear of health and safety risks. I called Cozy World and they were able to send someone in the very next day to replace the malfunctioning part. Ramin was kind, professional and knowledgeable, and fixed our issue in a jiff and we were able to turn our furnace back on again.
