I had ecotech replace all windows (8) in an older Toronto home. The windows look great and are very sound proof, which is good for our busy street. However, we were initially quoted an install date for early November and were told that they could likely get it done earlier. The final install date ended up being in December with no communication from ecotech that it would be delayed or why. This ended up delaying other projects and preventing us from moving into the home. When I reached out regarding this I had no response for several days, and then when I reached out again was told "I am seeing if we can get you an earlier install date" and then no further response. I also reached out to request final measurements for the windows so we could move forwards with a tiling project and received no response. The product is great but the communication and customer service is poor. If you have no timeline for your project and are OK with waiting around for them to get back to you, I would recommend them for product quality.

I hired THIG to complete a small bathroom tiling project and waterproofing of the tub surround and floor. The work was excellent - even and clean despite a very old and uneven home, incl.udong tiling and waterproofing a small window and niche. They were able to make some last minute changes when requested and were extremely flexible and patient when I had to reschedule due to unforeseen renovation obstacles. I very much recommend Les and his team!

Mario and his team were incredibly quick, professional, and friendly. The neighbour in the laneway house behind my property harassed Mario's team for no reason throughout the project and repeatedly tried to shut down the work site. All work was done up to code which was confirmed both by an independent engineer and city inspector. He raised his voice, threatened to call the police repeatedly, swore, and even resorted to using slurs and physically threatening the workers. Mario and his team remained incredibly patient and professional beyond expectation. He communicated clearly with me every step of the way and did not lose his temper once despite the project taking longer than expected due to the neighbours. I can not recommend this team highly enough. The work was done well, and he worked with me to complete at a price point I could afford as a first time homeowner. They truly go above and beyond.
