Was charged for reno guy's travel time as shown on invoice (I have a doorbell camera to capture arrival and departure time) and I was charged for the time he was in his car doing paperwork. Otherwise friendly and good install.

Thanks for your review. It was a nice project to work on. We were happy that we managed to complete the work and invoice for $50 less than the estimate you approved. We had considered that a success.

Had 3D PVC wall panelling installed. Work done was great. My only complaint would be that they charge for travel and this should be removed from invoicing.

We love working with clients on creative home projects. :)
We were glad this one came in lower than estimated too.
Currently we do charge travel for our crews time, but we hope to continue to expand our team to have a better service area and less travel.
